Once an order is placed it is moved to the new order management team who push all orders to the procurement team for them to procure the product's from our warehouse. Procurement team has got an internal quality check team who check the condition/quality of all the Product before handing it over for shipment. If there are any flaws/damages in the condition of the Product, it is immediately sent to the returns team to send the product back to the supplier. When the order is procured from the warehouse the order is then handed over to the billing team to be billed, which later on is transferred to the packing team to be packed after the payment is settled via the payment gateway. Once all of this is complete, our outsourced courier teams take the parcels away to deliver it to our esteem customers within 48 working hours.
